Your experience begins as soon as you step into our reception area. Our friendly team is ready to check you in and welcome you to our Patient Lounge. We believe that waiting for an appointment should be a relaxing experience, which is why we offer complimentary tea and water while you wait. There is even a dedicated mirror for a quick patient selfie if you are feeling confident about your visit.
State-of-the-Art Facilities
Our clinic is much larger than it appears from the outside, featuring ten fully operational treatment rooms and multiple dedicated consult rooms. These consult rooms provide a private space for you to discuss your treatment options with your dentist, whether you are interested in Orthodontics or cosmetic enhancements. We also have a central sterilisation room where we meticulously clean and package all instruments, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety for every procedure.
Advanced Diagnostics Under One Roof
One of the standout features of our practice is our dedicated Imaging Room. Olivia highlights that while many other clinics have to send patients away for scans, we have everything on-site. We are equipped to perform OPGs and CBCT (3D) scans right here, saving you time and the hassle of travelling to another location for diagnostic imaging.
Our On-Site Laboratory Advantage
We are also proud to have our very own laboratory within the clinic. This allows us to handmake essential dental appliances like splints, retainers, and mouthguards with a fast turnaround. It is also where our prosthetist, Oleg, crafts custom dentures. Having this facility on-site ensures that we can maintain strict quality control and get your dental devices to you sooner.
